This practice invites you to connect with your heart space—a place of wisdom, compassion, and deep feeling. We'll work with emotions that may be stored in the heart, creating space for release and healing.
The Journey
- Arrival: Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Bring your hands to your heart center.
- Breath: Begin with gentle, natural breathing. Let your breath soften your body.
- Feeling: Notice what you feel in your heart space right now. No judgment, just observation.
- Release: If there are emotions present, imagine them flowing out with each exhale.
- Forgiveness: If there are people or situations you're holding, offer them forgiveness—not for them, but for your own freedom.
- Opening: Imagine your heart opening like a flower, allowing love to flow in and out.
- Integration: Take a few moments to feel the spaciousness in your heart.
Closing
Slowly return your awareness to the room. Notice how your heart feels now. Carry this openness with you.
