About Diana Sullivan
International relationship and communication expert, transformational coach, author, entrepreneur, and founder of Openator and Open People.
Earlier in her career and publications she was known as Diana Kovrizhnykh (Диана Коврижних). Today she helps people find "their" people, build New Era relationships, and design lives aligned with truth and courage.
Who I Am
I guide people through love, communication, identity, and change. I bring together psychology, emotional intelligence, somatics, creative direction, and business strategy to help clients make aligned decisions in relationships and life.
My Path
My work began with my own transformation—navigating immigration, leadership, love, and business pivots. Years of coaching thousands of hours showed me that people long for depth, clarity, and communities that feel like home. That insight led to Open People and later Openator.
I design card games, programs, retreats, and AI products that help people meet themselves and each other with honesty. The mission: build communication intelligence and help people find "their" people.

Launch of Open People
Created a New Era networking ecosystem based on a card game that now connects communities in more than 20 countries.

Released books on relationships, long-distance love, and transformation—some under her earlier name Diana Kovrizhnykh (Диана Коврижних).

Founding Openator
Co-founded the AI startup that helps people find their people using personal AI assistants and deep matching.
